TERMS there is a 25.00 membership fee required to sign up. This fee is to authorize your membership and verify who you are. This is not refundable, and can not be used for any auction for purchases. Any item not picked up will be charged an additional 25.00 plus the full invoice price even if you buy something for a dollar. 15% Buyer's Premium applies to all final bids. We do not tolerate non communicating or no show bidders. Any item not picked up may also be charged in addition with storage or removal fees. Communication is important so please communicate with the auction company you buy from. All are easy to work with, and all franchisees have been trained and certified to bring you the best auction possible, their phone numbers can be found in the details page or in our team member’s page In conclusion it is also possible to lose your bidding membership privileges if you are signing up and you already owe money from a previous invoice that is still outstanding DOAC LLC will collect all money owed plus your new membership fee. REMOVAL: To retain bidding privileges, please pay and pick up on the scheduled pick up day. Winning bid items not removed on scheduled pick up day may incur an additional minimum $25.00 late, storage and disposal fee and full invoice price. All merchandise becomes the responsibility of the buyer when struck down to the highest bidder. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges may be given. Please verify final totals on invoices owed. Bids placed may not be removed. Merchandise may not be removed until the conclusion of the auction, and must be accompanied by a paid receipt. All property purchased at auction must be removed by original purchaser and or their respective representative. Bidder’s representatives may need a copy of winning bidders paid invoice to remove items. Non-payment for items may result in loss of bidding privileges and possible withdrawal from credit card on file of complete funds owed including late, storage and disposal fees. Failure to pay the full balance of an invoice owed within 15 days of the date of an auction close, may result in DOAC franchises utilizing a third party collection agency and initiate further action that may result in legal proceedings. By registering and or bidding in any auction on this website registrant and or bidder agrees to all terms and conditions on this website. Trading and resale of property purchased at auction is strictly prohibited on auction premises. Any such acts may result in loss of bidding privileges, and memberships.
